Five Guys & Fries in Bartlett

Five Guys has outstanding burgers and real, fresh, handcut fries. Food is super consistent. Service is always great and fast. The place is always clean and well-kept. Not sure why this location is never super busy (maybe the awkward driveway entrance/location) but it always makes the wait short. We love it!

I am a big fan of Five Guys. That said the Joplin location just does not seem to quite live up to the quality I've had from multiple other locations. Its not bad by any means but its not the best burger I've had as it has been from other Five Guys locations. The fries were good. It was the burger that let us down. The flavor was close to what I remember but my burger wasn't hot and my cheese wasnt melted. I was just a little disappointed. I love Five Guys I just wish this location was as good as what I've had from multiple other locations.

The food was alright, low quality custom burgers for what seemed like a pretty high price.($6 for small burger $9 for a regular. My fries were hot but soggy. The peanuts are good and fun but that was the highlight.

A tad bit higher in price yet the fact your eating less processed food, more how nature intended, more than makes up for it. The best reading hamburger (actual hamburger)! Plus they pay workers fairer wages and offer insurance to employees!

Clean and just right. Diner feel with nice employees. Always have good real beef burgers and the fries galore they're famous for. Had a small meeting before we ordered and they were very nice and left us alone until we were ready. I recommend this place for even discerning customers.

I placed my order online for the very first time. It was a super simple process. My order wasn't finished when I arrived a few minutes later. I didn't mind at all because it was still faster service than most places. They apologized for taking so long and gave me extra fries. I enjoy going to the Joplin, MO location because they are always so friendly and offer quality service and food.

A good solid burger and fries joint. Lots of options of toppings to put on your burger for free. The fries serving sizes are all larger than expected. May not be my favorite burger joint but it is a good one! I would probably come back.

The staff is very friendly and patient with me as I attempt to fit every topping imaginable on my burger. The food is consistently fantastic and even the small burger is enough to make a meal. They are very generous with the fries so a regular size can easily be shared between two people. Definitely will be going back.

Great tasting food with, in my opinion, appropriate portion to price. I got a little bacon cheeseburger with plenty of fixings and it was filling while being properly priced. Definitely will go back!

Get a lot of fries even for a regular size. Was quick to get my order. And Amanda was very helpful in helping me with all my questions.

There's just something to be said about a juicy, simple, delicious burger... No over-the-top frills, nothing fancy here. If I hear the word 'burger', this is what comes to mind first. Simple, delicious, and perfect. They are my go-to for a damn fine burger.

My favorite place to get a quick burger in Joplin! It's always clean, fast, and delicious! And they lettuce wrap burgers to accommodate those of us who keto.

One of the hamburger's I have ever put my teeth into and the Fry's were out of this world. They should be everywhere

Pros: friendly, fast service; choose all your burger toppings at no extra charge; clean; the little fry is plenty of fries for two people to share; as many free peanuts as you want to eat.Cons: REALLY expensive for a fast food burger joint (for two people each eating a little burger, sharing a little fry, and sharing a large drink it was just under $20); you’d better like american cheese and a sesame bun because that is the only choice you get; the regular fries are certainly nothing to write home about, but maybe the cajun fries are better (they also cost more).Honestly we probably won’t be back simply because of the price.

If you want a good fresh burger with some awesome fresh cut fries, this is the place to go. Customize it any way to like it. They also have sliced hot dogs that are pretty good. They have the Coke variety fountain station where you get anything you dare to mix up.

It is a decent burger chain. Service and food are good but nothing special. The menu is limited to just burgers and fries, but it is better than the eaverage McDonald's.

Everything was good. I know it was hot when they handed it to me. It was Not their fault that (by the time I ate it) my burger was cold. I Should have eaten it sooner. I ate the whole burger. I will ask for less salt on my fries next time. I don't need all that salt. But they were goood - I ate all I could hold.

What a wonderful place to eat. Best hamburger we had in Missouri. Made fresh to order just the way we wanted. French fries are homemade with the skin on. Very clean and a fantastic staff. We will be back again.

The double bacon wasn't very double it's was fresh not lacking toppings but went all over me and the car try to eat it no bacon little pieces which fell out the dandwhich not too satisfied on this for $10.00 wasn't worth it no Fry's no drink $10.00

Here's the thing: I know they use fresh ingredients and they give you a lot of fries, but $23 for two regular burgers, one fry and two regular fountain drinks? Really? That is a lot of money, in my opinion. Was it tasty? Of course! It's just cost prohibitive to do on a regular basis. And let's be honest, it's not exactly a romantic atmosphere so it would be a date night destination for me.Additionally, they people behind the counter looked exhausted and weren't as friendly as one might expect. Maybe it was an off day for them, I get that. Again, my largest complaint is with the price.Otherwise, the restaurant was pretty clean and it didn't take too long to get our food.Will I go back? At some point, I'm sure. It is good food. But there are a lot of options out there that aren't so expensive.

The burgers were good, prepared fresh, not reheated. The toppings were fresh, did not seem to be canned or old. I love their fries. Bought a small fry to share with my wife. They gave me twice as many as would fit in the container. Only two reasons I marked them down a little. The men's restroom was in poor condition, granted they were busy and probably had not checked it yet. I also thought the price was a bit high.

Ate there for the first time recently, best burger I've had in a while, as well as friendly staff. Definitely will be returning soon for more.

Best burgers in town. They make them fresh so expect a short wait. But it's so worth it.
